Clients often come to me for support with anxiety, relationship patterns, emotional sensitivity, life transitions, attachment concerns, intercultural experiences, and self-worth.
My work integrates Jungian depth psychology, attachment-based therapy, somatic awareness, mindfulness, Lifespan Integration, and Gottman Method principles. Therapy is collaborative, reflective, and focused on helping you understand and shift long-standing patterns.
Individual sessions are typically 50 minutes. Couples sessions are also 50 minutes unless otherwise discussed.
